ALL CLOTHING IN THE CLOTH CLOTHING COLLECTION MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR A STORE CREDIT ONLY. THIS EXCLUDES ALL SPIRIT WEAR AND GRAPHIC DESIGNS.

All returns must have original tags and be unworn.

By purchasing from our site Clothclothing.shop you agree to adhere to & accept all of the return, exchange & cancellation policies below. All items are custom printed for you at the time of order, due to custom printing ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We provide detailed sizing guides for each item, please carefully read all size charts or reach out to us with any questions prior to ordering. We are a small business and do not keep printed items in stock. We offer several different collections that we are not able to resale after original sale. We appreciate your business and hope that you understand why we must enforce A FINAL SALE POLICY.

Items purchased before 8/13/2022 will be eligible for returns. All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date. All returned items will be issued a store credit. These must be unworn with all tags to be eligible for return. Any worn items with stains, or makeup on them will not be accepted.

ALL GRAPHIC ITMES ARE FINAL SALE

We hope that this will encourage you to carefully select your purchases from our collection. We carefully curate our shop and sizing chart information. All items are custom and specially made for you at the time of purchase. We do not stock items at our location. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 days so that we may correct this for you.

Returns will be processed, and you will receive a store credit via e-gift card to the email address you used at checkout. Please be sure to check your junk folder if you cannot find your gift card. Please allow 1 week for your return to process once it has arrived at our studio.

  • All items are all final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read for the return of a damaged item.
  • All damaged items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed and smoke-free condition. Clothing must be returned in the original plastic garment bags to prevent damages.
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit or replacement of new item. Damages to items must be reported within 5 days of the tracking confirmed receipt of the item and prior to wearing the garment. Please contact us prior to returning any damaged or defective items. Items not received need to be reported within 2 business days of the scanned delivery. Approved damage claimed items can only be replaced with exact items & sizes. Items damaged or missing in shipment are only valid for a replacement of the exact same items. If not available only an in-store credit can be issued. Refunds are not eligible for damages during transit. 
  • Returned or refused orders will incur return shipping charges. Any return fees will be deducted from the returned goods refund amount due.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. We begin processing your order immediately and for this reason orders cannot be cancelled after they have been submitted.

Return Instructions:

  1. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy above to make sure you have met all the return requirements. Items returned that do not meet all the return requirements will not be accepted & additional postage will have to be paid to have the item returned to you.
  2. Complete the return form that was included with your order or email us for another form at clothclothingco@yahoo.com.
  3. Fold clothing neatly and place in the original plastic garment bag as it was received. Include the completed return form and send to: Cloth Clothing Co Returns 3645 Mulberry Rd. Dayton, OH 45414

We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-7 business days. An emailed gift card will be sent to the email address you used at checkout. Your gift card is valid for 1 year. You will receive an email when your return is processed.

Damaged or defective items:

If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 5 days from the time of receipt. Notification past the 5 day return window will not be eligible for review. Please email our customer service team at clothclothingco@yahoo.com prior to returning any damaged or defective items.
