Shipping policy

NOTICE: USPS is experiencing a very high volume for orders. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for delivery from the standard delivery times. 

All items are custom printed when you order, please allow 5-10 days.

Our preferred shipping provider is USPS. We offer both Standard Delivery (transit time is 3-4 business days within the continental United States not including holidays) and Expedited Priority Delivery (transit time 1-3 full business days within the continental United States not including holidays). Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared. Free shipping offer valid in the United States only.

Flat Rate Standard Shipping

(arrives 1-2 full business days after shipment)

* We require a single access locked parcel locker or locked mail box for apartment delivery. We cannot guarantee safe delivery for apartment addresses without a secure locked location and will not be responsible in the case of a stolen or lost parcel to an apartment delivery address.

 

Order Status

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are generally created and shipped within 5-10 days Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.  Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account.
